Levels Leaders, was founded through a desire for change. Established by Craig Constantinides and Josh Mansell who have known each other since they were 12 years old with backgrounds in multi award winning business, education and social welfare. Growing up in South London and schooled in Croydon their journeys have been filled with consistent interaction with diverse culture. Their ultimate goal is a to create an eco-system and business network that allows for growth of businesses through consultation on a culture of creativity and support in making reasonable adjustments to foster retention of staff and allowing interaction with access to training to better serve the local population.
Josh and Craig have a wide ranging network of partners throughout South London and the UK including being associate academics at London Southbank University, multiple educational partners including over a decade of interaction with Croydon College and run employability programmes for the hardest to reach and utilising their backgrounds in technology and community growth projects to create a partnered holistic journey to employment. Offering a qualification, recent work experience, interaction with state of the art facilities, portfolio pieces and learners being taken out of their comfort zone. With the integration of AI led recruitment technology to assist in removing the unconscious bias during the selection process for interview.

Levels Leaders is a part of The Levels Group, a tapestry of projects that are already in production or in pre-flight. Each project will serve to address issues collaboratively and provide opportunities for partnership in order to spotlight issues and tackle them as a community. The Levels Group operates under the Trademarked term Levels – It’s A Mindset. The word Levels is deep routed in culture and is regularly used in politics, sport, gaming and broader culture to describe the journey we all face both individually and collectively to become the best versions of ourselves. It’s A Mindset is a tagline used to inspire a commitment to lifelong learning and the formation of a positively developmental and progressive focus on skills learned in any situation and their transferability.
Our backgrounds in entrepreneurship, education and consistent community action has seen us win multiple local and national awards and also create a network of like minded people. We have been willing to take on challenges to support projects and organisations for over a decade. We have a belief that through consistency of collaboration, assisting in communicating a distinct positive message is the bedrock of creating hope, understanding and opportunities within our local and national communities. We have a deep understanding of what it takes to enable business to feel comfortable with making reasonable adjustments within their workplace recruitment and training strategy and also work with schools, colleges and universities to ensure that we are creating a harmonious and consistency in messaging. Our understanding of the need for consistency in content delivery and harnessing the power of the latest technology to leverage social media and the online space as a force for good.
We aim to continue to grow and nurture a diverse advisory board who are committed to driving forward social impact and positive change in our communities. Our regular meetings ensure we are generating productive conversations and ensure we are keeping up with the ever changing local, national and global landscape.
